Thank you for shopping at NISTH ELECTRONICS (nisthtech.com). We want you to be happy with your purchase.

7-Day Replacement

We offer a replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product you received is:

  • Defective or not working
  • Physically damaged in transit
  • Different from what you ordered (wrong item or colour)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, as earbuds are personal hygiene products.

How to request a replacement

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 70101 00872 or email nisthtechnology@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
  2. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a reverse pickup, or share the address to send the product back.
  3. The product must be returned with its original box, charging case, cable, ear tips and invoice.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement is dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. NISTH bears the shipping cost for approved replacements.

Refunds

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet). Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Not eligible

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water, drops or tampering
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

After the 7-day period, defects are covered under our 6-Month Warranty (see nisthtech.com/pages/warranty-policy).
